Main Submission Guidelines

1.
Prepare your paper based on IEEE conference template (click here)
2.
Papers should be within the tracks and topics of the conference

3.

Papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference

4.

The number of pages should not exceed 6 pages after formatting the paper on conference manuscript templates provided by IEEE
5.
Manuscripts should be written in English exclusively
6.
Submitted papers are subject to scientific evaluation by the scientific committee and authors will be informed of acceptance or rejection
7.
The overall similarity rate of a paper should not exceed 20%
8.
The format to submit papers is available at official website (Mesopotamian academic press)/Conference

All accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE digital library to get the final decision for uploading in the IEEE Digital Library
